- High quality Article (500 words or above):-
High quality article means article which is informative, authentic and well written with having targeted with your primary keyword and LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) keywords. Below, I am giving a simple quality checklist to compare your article.
- Is it informative?
- Is the details Included in your article authentic?
- Is it readable?
- Minimum 500 words (700 or above recommended)
- Good English and free from spelling & grammar mistakes
- Should include primary keyword of your blog
- Keyword density < 1.5%
- Use LSI keywords
- Remove stop words from Permalink and Title
- Should include primary keyword in Title and first paragraph
- Use Headings properly and in order like H1, H2, H3 etc.
- Restrict the use of H1 and H2 headings more than ONE
- External linking (Do-follow links) to authentic and high page rank websites & resources
- No-follow link to low quality websites

How to Use WordPress Post Tool for Adding New Posts/Articles
Here you can see step-by-step WordPress guide for creating new post using WordPress Post tool.
Step 1: Login to WP Dashboard
Open your internet browser and enter the following address to login to WP dashboard.
Enter your WP Username and password. Click on “Login” button. Then You can see the WP dashboard user interface.
Step 2: Select New WordPress Post Tool
Move your mouse pointer to WP sidebar and click on the “Posts”. Then you can see Post manager user interface and Posts sub-options such as Add new, All posts, Categories and Tags.
From that, click on “Add New”.
Step 3: Enter Post SEO Optimized Title
It will go to New post editor interface and it’s look like Microsoft Word.
First, you have enter the “Title” of your post.
Title should be well written and SEO optimized to get good traffic and search engine visibility. You can use WP SEO Yoast plugin to write SEO optimized posts or articles.

Step 4: Edit Permalink or Blog Post URL
You can see the “permalink” of your post like see in below image.
You can see the permalink as you set in earlier in WP settings. Edit the marked portion and include target keyword in your permalink.
Step 5: Paste New Article/Post and Edit using Post Tools
Then copy the article from the word or text tool and paste it to your post user interface.
You can use the Post editing tool to edit the article sub headings, adding links, bold, italics, underline, text coloring, number list, alignment, spell checker etc just like Microsoft Word editing tools.It is very simple and edit just like your creating document file in your computer program.
You can add html code, video embedding or edit codes in by selecting the “Text” interface.
Go to right sidebar and you can see “Publish” tab. Click on “Save as Draft” to save your post after editing. You can check the preview of your edited post by clicking on “Preview” button.
In the visibility section, you can make your post Public, private or password protected. If you select the “private” option, then others can’t see your article.
In the “Publish Immediately” section, you can set the date for your article publishing in your WP blog. This is helps to schedule your post by changing the date and time.
You can also add “Categories” and “Tags” in to post with in post user interface.
Click on the “publish” button to publish your new WordPress post.
Step 7: How to Delete WordPress Post
Go to “Posts” section and click on “All Posts”. Then you can see the all posts in WordPress post manager.
Click on “Trash” button to delete the post from the WordPress post manager. It will not completely delete from the WordPress hosting platform. You can see the deleted posts or articles in “Trash” folder.
